Niko is trying to get rid of my general position

Niko is trying to get rid of my General Position in the army.I am here to show you what it is.Maybe you can decide for yourself.
Case 1 - Niko is wanted and I kill him cause I can't catch up to him,and he gets mad at me and wants to get rid of my positon for that.
Case 2 - Niko asked me why I wanted to be a general,I told him because it's cool and fun and I was a mafia on every server,and he said is that all you want to be a general for,I will try to get rid of you.
Case 3 - Niko is speeding a 192 kb/s.The max in the town is 80,so I put on my sirens and pull him over and I step out the car to get out and see his license and give a ticket,he drives off and I /su suspect him.He said I abused it.

so...? saying i will get u rid off it's not a valid complain reason, try to solve ur problems with him.
