| Passport System - To have any license or to buy a house/business you must have a passport. Passports are given by admins or Any law enforcement player that is rank 4 or above. You cannot receive or buy any license without a passport, You can take a test at the City hall (Located in Perishing Square/ in the same place as LSPD), if you pass it you will receive a passport. The test is free, if you fail, you will have to wait five hours to re-do the test. You also need to have a certain amount of online time before you can sit the test. (once inside the city hall, make your way to the far left "i" icon to to the test)
